Who Can Invalidate It?

“For the Lord of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back?” (Isaiah 14:27)
 God has stretched out His mighty hand....! Child of God, the unlimited, unassailable, and unstoppable power of God is at work in you, for you and through you in Christ. Darkness cannot comprehend it or master it! 

So no matter what you are going through or what challenge comes your way today, rejoice in the Lord and in the power of His might! The Lord your God will see you through and neither man nor the forces of darkness can prevent it. 

God will do what He says He will do, so be glad and give Him glory already. The purpose of God cannot be frustrated. It cannot be stopped.

I rest assured in the unfailing word of God. Though all hell break loose against me, in this one thing will I be confident, the Lord is my light and my salvation and therefore I shall not fear. Praise God!

TRIED AND PURIFIED

"For you, O God, have tested us; you have tried us as silver is tried." ( Psalm 66:10 ) One of the certainties of our relationship with God is that our confidence in Him will be tested, tried and purified. God’s love for His children means that He also wants us to be purified. This will require trying and testing. The symbolism of our reflection passage is very interesting. Silver, an impressive shinny precious metal starts out as a lump of earth mixed with traces of silver ore. But soon it goes through a fiery refining process and from the other end emerges a precious metal. LORD, I WILL

"When You said, 'Seek my face,' my heart said to You, 'O Lord I will seek Your face.'" (Psalm 27:8) The tenderness and sensitivity to God of a true believer's heart is defined by its wilful submission to God as defined by a simple two word response to any and all of God's counsel and command, namely, "I will".
